As you may know I am the academic advisor for the Theatre Department. Since we’re getting toward the end of the year and course registration will open soon, it’s worth reminding students of some things that need doing.
If you’re in your third year of a Theatre degree and are planning to graduate with an honours degree, you should be thinking about completing your Honours Form, which must be checked by me and by the registrars before you can graduate with honours. The honours form simply requires you to list the classes that you’ve taken, and the ones that you plan to take to complete your degree. You can get the form here. Feel free to drop by if anything is confusing you. You need to complete it before classes begin in September; try to get it done as early as possible.
If you’re planning to graduate this year, in May, remember that you should have already applied to graduate: it’s not automatic. You can find details here. The deadline was December 1, but you can still apply late, for a fee.
